Lying flat for pants, shorts

Inseam
Rise
Hats
Circumference of inside the hat.
Belts
Total length and width.
Neckties
Width at bottom
Total length
Please include any other measurement that would be helpful to the buyer.
If you are submitting items other than fashion items, please include the measurements for these also.
