If you send in a duplicate item, we can archive it for you.
When you submit photos for an item, one credit is used. Once we complete the listing and send it back, the process is complete. If the item is submitted twice, this would cause a duplicate listing and eBay does not allow duplicates.
If we catch the duplicate we will send you a message before completing the listing. Since we did not complete the listing, we normally can issue a courtesy replacement credit.
If we complete the duplicate listing and it was caused by a bug or app glitch we will issue a replacement credit, but we normally do not issue replacement credits for duplicates that are not from app error.
