At this time, the calculated shipping option is only available for setup on the Desktop version. And because the Desktop site and the Phone app are connected, this can be a bit tricky.
Because there is no way to fill in the weight and dimensions on the Phone app when you are submitting photos, here are some tips.
If you have opted into Calculated Shipping on your eBay preferences on the Desktop, you can submit pictures to SellHound from the Phone app, but you must then Review and Post to eBay from the Desktop.
And visa versa, if you submit the photos to SellHound from the Desktop site, you can fill in the weight and dimensions and then Review and Post to eBay from the Phone app, because you already filled in the boxes.
This is because all of the weight and dimensions must be filled in to post to eBay. If one box is not relevant, please put a zero (0) in the box.
If you want to submit photos and post to eBay from only the Phone app, you should not have Calculated Shipping setup in your preferences.
