Can I pause or put my account on hold?

Yes, please write to us at support@sellhound.com and we'll be happy to pause your account subscription if you are a regular subscriber in a special circumstance. 

You will be able to use your account and submit listings during the pause period. 

To unpause, please also reach out to the support team to help you.

Please know that if we pause your subscription, you will not be billed automatically but you may still receive a renewal notice monthly.
